Adding contributors is confusing

Description

Adding contributors is 'confusing' in so far as it can't be done at time of content creation, rather user must fgo back and add it after content has been created. This results in cases where they either don't know how to do this, or end up not adding contributors ("resulting in no one actually adding contributors") not because they don't need to add them, but just because of the workflow.

Additional context

• Literally, this is the only description we have for this bug.
• The suggestion is made that users may want this to be available when they are creating content.
• This is part of a larger set of functionality that is only available from the edit post screen, and not from the create post screen.

Design to review and propose solution.

Doesn't make sense to make them wait until content is created in order to add contributor.

Jess has the idea this is related to possible need for design thinking around drafts as currently you can only have one draft at a time.
