Set up snapshot test account #6126

-This ticket is in prep to fix the bug in ticket #6111, and to provide the team with a test account for any possible future Snapshot work/bug fixes

I have set up a Snapshot test account that is a quorum. The address is commonspacetester.eth. A Common user has to be a member/author of this snapshot in order to create Snapshots through Common.

NOTE: I was unable to set up this snapshot through their testnet site. They are still using Goerli (which has been deprecated for a year), so there's a chance that the Snapshot testnet is not maintained. Because of this I decided to buy a regular ENS Domain to use for this Snapshot space for testing thinking that this will be maintained better than the testnet.

To test: -go to snapshot.org and search for commonspacetester.eth -Join this space and make sure you're listed as an Author -On Common make sure you're the admin of a community, create a community if you aren't an admin already. -in Manage community set the Snapshot address to commonspacetester.eth -create a thread inside this new community -after creating a thread add a Snapshot to it by clicking the Create Snapshot -after filling out the requisite info click publish -go to Snapshot space to confirm that your Snapshot has been created.
