[x] Above texts should be on one line, not wrap
[x] Font size in above texts should be changed to body 01 and a shade darker
[x] styling in .psuedo-input in cw_cover_image_uploader.scss should be deleted or hidden so that the Choose File button is no longer seen on desktop or mobile, but should still be able to be activated.**
The above fixes will inherently fix the bug that is described below
When a user selects or generates an image on either Create Community, Edit Profile, or manage/contests/launch the ---Choose File button and text stay on top of the image
-Choose File button should only be shown on pwa
Reproduction steps
-Go to any of the above pages and choose or generate an image
-notice the button stays atop the image.
Expected behavior
-Choose File button should be behind the image or hidden
-Choose File button should only be seen on the pwa. Play around with display:none
-figure out a way to conditionally render the Choose File button only on pwa
