Linksdao Proposals tab under governance is not populating

Environment: prod Encounter Date/Time: 4pm ET 05/08

Reproduction Steps

Go to Linksdao's Community Page: https://commonwealth.im/linksdao/discussions unable to see the proposals tab. Click this past proposal: https://commonwealth.im/linksdao/snapshot/golflinks.eth/0xcd297975ca24701d6ec6fefd6aa00c3ef51e99064b842f29470dcbeb9801d450 I'm unable to see linked discussions when clicked.

Expected Behavior

Proposals tab show appear under the governance section of the sidebar. Proposal dates should also be accurate not 54 years ago, etc. Should be able to click and navigate "linked discussions" within the proposal.
