What happens if someone is referred to a community but they are already a member of common?
@masvelio 1. have ctas in both general and community pages 2. yes and 3. join and bypass waitlist
Just to add more context to the questions here
- "Get referral link" item in user dropdown menu should be visible only in scoped (community) page? Can we invite to the Common app in general or it is always invitation to the specific community?
- Should referral auto join community after successful account creation?
- Harris question: What happens if someone is referred to a community but they are already a member of common?
Description
Users can refer new common users directly to a community. This invite link will take the referral directly to the community in that the link was generated in.

User Stories / Acceptance Criteria
User story: I am a user on Common, and I have my own community called Community 1. After I have created the community, there is a "Get referral link" button on the community side bar. If I click this it opens up the referral modal, where I can see my referral link and send it to my friends or audience.
If I invite users directly, then the referrer is provided the link directly which they can place into any other application like discord, telegram, or another chat service.
As a user who was just referred directly to a Common community, when I click the link I end up on the community directly. The create account modal opens and I am put into the user onboarding flow. After I Join, I am redirected to the community that I was originally referred to.
