[Spike] Protocol -> TGE initial timeline/roadmap #7814

Protocol team to produce a Timeline and lite roadmap of protocol and TGE launches.

It has been proposed to provide milestones with functional KPIs vs a true timeline. This will lead to an event driven roadmap towards TGE
