[Request]: If a user goes back to a deleted message it should say it's deleted not private. #8109

Description

when users go back to a deleted message on the forum their previous message says that it's been privated. This has led to some confusion between the LZ team and ours. Our request is for those deleted posts is to say" it's deleted and not need to login if not found"

I am not sure what "deleted message" means per Ticket description - asking in slack.
