Migrate User to TRPC

Describe the bug

Will require new moving data out from GET /status

• JWT info into separate route
• result.user return value

Requires migrating the following APIs:

• GET /verifyAddress
• POST /updateEmail
• POST /writeUserSetting
• POST /selectCommunity

Put in blocked. Need to get canvas over to shared lib. This will interfere with Ray's canvas PR. Discussing with him to figure out best path forward
