[Bug]: "Your communities" UI doesnt automatically change when you switch accounts

Description

When switching accounts the Your Communities list UI doesn't switch. A hard refresh is needed for the communities under the newly switched account to show up.

Initial Conditions

Environment: production Encounter Date/Time: 7/22 5PM ET Additional Context: chrome lastest version. Switching between two profiles tied to two different metamask wallet addresses.

Reproduction Steps

1) Log into your other common profile. 2) Look at the your communities list. 3) Sign into your other Common Profile. The communities from the previous profile will still be showcased. 4) Refresh your screen to get the "Your Communities" UI for the second account.

Expected Behavior

Your Communities list should switch when you sign in with the other account.

Seems like an easy 1 pointer but pls LMK if not.

Tee'ing but given the P4 tag will let Israel pull this in in whatever order he prefers.

No longer seeing this bug on local after pulling master. @mzparacha confirmed he no longer sees it as well. Could have been fixed in this PR https://github.com/hicommonwealth/commonwealth/pull/8312
