Verify keyboard can work with our toolbar with MDXEditor

Describe the bug

Make sure our toolbar can work with an editor by keeping the toolbar above the editor while the keyboard is active.

Also, the toolbar buttons were causing the editor to vanish when you hit the buttons to change the formatting.

That works too so the keyboard won't vanish now.
