[Bug]: Pasted text that is correctly formatted in text editor doesn't translate to published thread or preview #9024

Description

Copy and pasted BD Manager JD from Greenhouse. The pasted copy is correctly formatted in the text editor but is not formatted correctly in preview or when the thread is published.

The only formatting issue was that all line breaks were removed. Publishing a thread, realizing the line breaks got deleted, having to delete the post, and then go back and figure out how to include line breaks in the published thread is a painful UX.

Note: Only tested with pasting from Greenhouse (our job board)

borderline p3. If this only happens when pasting from greenhouse then its p4. If this bug occurs when pasting from any other site its a p2.

Will theoretically be fixed by #9039 and followups... Not going to address in current (Quill) editor.
