Description

The engineering team does not have access to all SSO provider logins required to set up whitelisted redirects. We need to ensure we have all of the following OAuth provider access for both the dev (staging) and prod environments, via some shared key manager:

Google
Discord
X (Twitter)
Apple
Github
Farcaster (#8713)
SMS if applicable (#8807)
Telegram (#9025)

Unblocks #9033.
