Group tags not showing up #9722

Describe the bug

If none of the users in the community are in any of the groups then the 'in group' and 'not in group' tags don't show up

To reproduce:

  1. Create an EVM community
  2. Create (1 or more) groups that you will not be a part of (you don't pass the requirements)
  3. The tags will now show in the groups list or the members list (refresh)

@Israellund Iv'e created two groups and joined one of the it showing up in groups if logged in user has joined any of the groups. Here's the video

I check it on another user and its showing up as expected. Let me know if i'm on the correct bug flow?

@Israellund i tried with and without group member but i am not able to reproduce the bug
