Describe the bug

Growl is too big on mobile, needs to be redesigned. Figma

@KaleemNeslit reassigning this ticket to you for week of Nov. 18th. Please let me know if you have any questions or problems. On Monday I will be removing the growl we have up now, but you should still be able to make new mobile design for it. Thank you.
