We can't create new community since image upload or image generation does not work

QA Branch/Release version:

Master Browser:

All Wallet:

All

Reproduction steps

  1. Go to https://qa.commonwealth.im/
  2. Sing up
  3. Create new community
  4. Upload image or try to generate image

Actual behavior

Image generation does not work

Expected behavior

Image upload or image generation should work
