Describe the bug

In Explore Communities page user in not able to scroll the page , it's just the Explore Communities section which is scrolling . User should be able to scroll the page .

Branch/Release version:

Browser:

Wallet:

Reproduction steps

Goto Explore Communities and try to scroll the page and you will see it's just scrolling the Explore Communities section . it should scroll the page .

Actual behavior

Expected behavior

User should be able to scroll the page .
