loading should be consistent and without error

my question is that I get that this bug is hard to reproduce but I'm still hung up on the error message of "Cannot Read Properties of Undefined (reading "length")

The partner stated that the error popped up when "configuring groups & what they can access/do." So error popped up when setting up groups in the "Members & Groups" sidebar within the community

Unable to provide video but stated that "Essentially, page loads then automatically brings the error" Page referring to the "Members & Groups" tab in the sidebar
