profile api key failed to be created #9972

Describe the bug

on edit profile tried to create api key, got a "failed to create api key" error

Initial conditions

Environment: Profile Branch/Release version:

Browser: Chrome Wallet: MM

Reproduction steps

Create api key on profile

Actual behavior

fails and gives error

Expected behavior

creates api key that you can copy
