Update Community card

Current icon and thread relationship needs to be updated such that:

• instead of just showing the number of threads created, we say the number of threads created per month i.e go from "6" to "6/m"
• The icon and the "6/m" needs to be grouped have the white space between them reduced
• The height of the card is reduced - ideally looks very similar to the reddit card dimensions (pictured below)
• Add the join button on the right as well
