@gxavier38 Could you rebase & squash your commits so that modifications to the same file are mostly together in the same commit

@gxavier38 can you also merge in the latest from sbol_generation. When you're doing a pull request, it's best practice to make sure you have the latest changes from the branch you're trying to merge into. It's always possible that if you have stale code then your changes may no longer be compatible.
