Can Not Create Query #15

My System: Rails 4.2 Ruby 1.9 Redmine 3.0.3 Windows 7 64bit

I recently installed your plugin but I cannot find out how to make it work. Here are some images of what I am seeing: queryexample1 queryexample2 queryexample3

Do you know where I have to go to create a query? I would think there would be a "create query" button somewhere but I cannot get it to work...

Please see http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/RedmineIssueList#Custom-queries. In addition, a public/global query can be set as default query.
