Add test of queries applied from other than sidebar and query form #33

31 , #18 are related.

Test of the next filter application was insufficient.

  1. Query on the Project Overview screen or Issue Reports screen
  2. Query by context menu when multiple issues are selected in "My page" or "/ issues"
