database: mongodb integrations #4

Things to work next:

  1. env variable implementation
  2. mongodb creation via online platform or use the existing one for webtechpie
  3. set the web version of mongodb in cyclic environment
  4. create live example of plans or any simple api to store in the mongodb
  5. give the access to specific backend. app to the database
