Updated to latest doctest release (from 2022-JAN-10). #9

With this change, it compiles on my laptop, which wasn't the case when using the older version of doctest bundled with booz_xform.

System information: OS: Ubuntu 21.10 Compiler: gcc 11.2.0

In latest_doctest_release I don't actually see a change to doctest, although I did when the PR was first submitted yesterday. Do you want to update doctest again and commit?
