Dream of Adaptation doesn't change your skill and should be changed so that the discard is chosen. #1864

Spellsource Reproducible Issue Template

Reproduction steps:

  1. Play Dream of Adaptation with a 1-cost spell in hand
  2. Dream of Adapt randomly discard a 1-cost spell, and then doesn't change your Skill
  3. Instead, you should be able to choose the spell, and it should change your skill to the discarded spell.
