Firebolt (From Dream of Ascendance) doesn't reduce the cost of The Stars Are Falling (From Sybil) #1881

Reproduction steps:

  1. Play a Firebolt with The Stars Are Falling in hand.
  2. The cost of The Stars Are Falling is not reduced by (1). However, the cost should be reduced, because Firebolts are spells.

Notes: This might extend to other things, such as Mosshorn and Thunderclap Phoenix.
