AJAX error: error (Forbidden) #11

when i want to inset the photo,is show the error "AJAX error: error (Forbidden)"

WordPress 3.9.2 nginx version: nginx/1.4.6 (Ubuntu) PHP 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.3 (fpm-fcgi) (built: Jul 7 2014 16:36:59)

how can i fix the bug
