1 year ago templates are used while making json files, it will generate 03_routing.json files when you hit apply config option.
it reads the template data and apply it on 03_routing.json file.

How can I add or edit an existing set of rules for a country other than Iran? I want to replace the "ir" domain in the rules with another domain and add my own list of blocked websites. Is this done by manually editing YAML files or is there an easier way? I've searched everywhere for how to do this, but I haven't found anything.
