RU routing doesn't work #1147

What Happened?

When I select the RU region in the settings, I cannot access RU sites. The log displays the following error: ERROR router: fetch rule-set geosite-ru: Get "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/hiddify/hiddify-geo/rule-set/country/geosite-ru.srs": use of closed network connection

Minimal Reproducible Example (MRE)

  1. Go to settings and choose RU region.
  2. Go to any RU site, ex. https://2ip.ru/
  3. An error appears in the log and the site does not load.

But for example v1.4.0 does not have this problem

It works differently on my machine. RU routing doesn't work. But https://2ip.ru/ loads and show ip of my proxy. All traffic goes through proxy. RU traffic must go directly but doesn't do it

Same problem. Recently Russian routing is not working properly on many clients. I would like to be able to put bypass by standard and define which resources will go through proxy.
