[FR] Automatic Downloading and Updating of Network-Based Routing Resource Files

Feature Description

To enhance the dynamic capabilities of our application, I propose a feature that allows for the automatic downloading and updating of routing resource files from a specified network address. This feature would enable the application to retrieve and apply the latest routing configurations without manual intervention, ensuring that the routing rules are always current and in sync with the central repository.

Proposed Functionality

The new feature should include the following capabilities:

Configuration settings that allow users to input one or more network URLs pointing to the routing resource files.
An automated process that periodically checks for updates at these URLs and downloads the latest versions of the files.
Seamless integration of the downloaded routing resource files into the application's existing routing configuration framework.
An option for users to set the frequency of update checks and downloads, as well as to manually trigger an update if needed.
