[FR] Per App/Process name VPN on Windows #909

Feature description

Please add Per App/Process VPN for Windows, just like it is available on the Hiddify Android App.

(Ability to include/exclude Apps/Process names from using the VPN)

This Feature name is Split VPN. it mean include or exclude following from VPN:

  1. exe files
  2. dll files
  3. process names (because some of process are system process and dont have .exe file) some VPN's Provide Split Process from VPN

How difficult is this to implement for desktop platforms, relative to android? Is there any preliminary information on how complicated it is and what would need to be considered in the pr?

Nekobox (Nekoray) (https://github.com/MatsuriDayo/nekoray) has this feature. But its interface is obsolete

Please ADD this. It's very cool app, but it's proxing games and it's very bad.
