Feature Request: Project Setup Allows FPS to be Set - Option for Frame Display in Timeline #19

Please let the user choose, when setting up a Project, how many frames per second the animation will be - and to also choose to display the number of frames rather than the number of seconds as the unit of measure displayed in the Timeline.
