Call Kit not getting in huwaei phones in background and device locked state #456

its works fine in devices except huwaei , another issue is some times there will get multipe calls even we sent push once. It will be helpful to provide a solution for the huwaei devices

as for huwaei, xiaomi... i can't do anything else.
