How can i add decline message, Or a decline call with some reason, Just like showing on whatsapp (Message), And IOS native,

This seems impossible, because message will use the phone number to send sms.

But how whatsapp does this ? Any idea ?

Is it because whatsapp has VOIP ? and message with the phone number only?
