Battery not charging fully, software limited #100

Got UX430UNR (Kaby Lake R), got issue with battery charging.

When plugged in, battery would charge, but only until 84%. After that, status switched from 'charging' to 'not charging', and it won't go above 84%. System information confirms that battery is not charging, and it confirms that battery is not fully charged. This is not simply and issue with indicator, as rebooting to windows still shows the 84%. When plugged on windows, it would charge from 84 to 100 normally. If rebooted back to Mac, it does show the 100% indeed. However, once discharged under 84%, and replugged, it once again, won't go above 84%.

Background info: been using your build without other issues (besides weird sound) for months. Currently running latest build from OC branch.

I found the problem. It was due to new feature in BigSur called "Manage battery longevity" in battery settings in the system preferences. Once i turned it off, my laptop started charging to its 100%!
