In the latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on the last disk(s) of this archive. unzip: cannot find zipfile directory in one of OpenCorePkg.zip or OpenCorePkg.zip.zip, and cannot find OpenCorePkg.zip.ZIP, period.
