We don't have any license information from the hedera-sdk-cpp repository since Snyk doesn't support vcpkg/cmake for license analysis

Looks like this might be a viable solution we can add to our CMake build: https://github.com/docwire/docwire/blob/master/tools/generate_3rdparty_components_doc.cmake
