3.7.1 Cant rejailbreak iphone SE 13.6 #4

After updating to 3.7.1 cant rejailbreak with checkra1n 0.11.0. Stack on boot logo. Only works with Safe Mode enabled. Uninstalled tweak everything went fine.

PS didnt update cydia substrate rocketbootstrap and etc. Because at 13.6 everything works fine without updates.
