question: how can grid-export & battery_in be equal? #71

Hi there, I've installed battery_sim yesterday to see how it would behave if I would buy / install a battery.

Now, I have observed an issue with this type of setup... which is probably related to my inverter ... a SolarEdge Inverter, used with the integration "solaredge_modbus".

During the setup of the Inverter, I can choose, if a battery is installed or not. Since I do not have a Battery, I kept this information empty... no battery is attached and configured to the inverter.

In addition to that, I installed the Battery_simulator, and after that I added both to the energy dashboard. So far, the battery simulation looks pretty good.... but the energy dashboard does report a wrong information.

Since the inverter does not know anything about the battery, it is providing the information "grid export" The same amount of energy has been used to charge the battery. So there's are wrong information related to battery charge / grid export/ battery discharge and grid import

I don't see, how this could be changed - except to remove the import / export meter readings - or, using several meters and do some math...? Has anyone an idea? Unfortunately, I can't do much changes on the solaredge inverter settings to add "a non existing" battery here... ?! Or do I need to add import / export sensors from battery sim instead of the sensors of my inverter?

ok, probably found my mistake! - sorry.... I Have to use the "simulated import / simulated export" sensors
