Implemented some new commands, plus replace mode #25

Apparently you only need to set Carre.Mode to Block in order to get into replace mode in monodevelop.

Looks good, didn't really realize the 'block' caret mode doubled as replace as well, good catch!

Just one thing, you forgot to commit the .csproj change for the new file. Do you want me to do it in the merge or do you want to update the pull request?
