adds visual 'gg' to select through first line/first column #52

I have occasionally seen the selection seem to disappear when using this one, but it seems to function fine.
I'm not sure if it is related to this command itself or if it is unrelated as I have also seen it from time to time when using other visual commands

It's possible to break out from visual select by using the mouse for one. The "real" selection is kept by the add-in so when you actually execute the action it will ensure the selection is set.

Keeping this in mind, the problem is most likely outside the scope of these pull requests.

Ah, that makes sense. That seems to explain the behaviour I was seeing.
