Update Dockerfile #6

Node 20 is needed for plexamp 4.10 and above installation complains uid 2002, change to 2000

further more: a short description in the UI „how to claim / enter the token“ would be useful…

UID should stay 2002, but this requires some changes in the extension manager that will be included in the next HBOS alpha.
