Amp3+DSPaddon not recognised on clean install hifiberryOS on rpi4

Describe the bug Clean install of hifiberryos on rpi4 doesn't recognize amp3 and keeps rebooting

HiFiBerryOS version hifiberryos-20230404-pi4

HiFiBerry sound card Amp3 + DSP add-on board

To Reproduce

1. Flashed hifiberryos-20230404-pi4.img using Balena Etcher on M1 Mac onto 32GB SD
2. Boot rpi4 with amp3+dsp installed, powered via 60W Meanwell PSU
3. Keeps rebooting ...
4. Created noreboot file to prevent
5. aplay -l doesn't show the sound card

Expected behavior HifiberryOS should recognise the sound card

In the mean time I also tried:

• Using HiFiBerryOS64 alpha 6
• Booting without the DSP addon

Both with the same result ...

I've switched back to the old rpi3, with the old SD card. And I'm having the same issues now, so I think the amp is a lemon. Will apply for RMA...
