Update ansible-lint by using workaround #119

Installation of ansible-lint newer than 6.8 is broken with Poetry. This can be worked around using the suggestion from https://github.com/ansible/ansible-lint/issues/2730#issuecomment-1330406601

@Normo Ansible-lint could not be updated by Dependabot. The reason is given in the link in the description. This also fixes a false positive warning. Could you please check?
