Add routes option #112

Adds the option to add arbitrary routes to interfaces using the "routes:" YAML syntax described in readme.

Dear @axldd, Your PR is very welcome! Unfortunately, it has gone off the road in the last few weeks. We are very sorry about that. In the meantime we migrated the role to our new Ansible Collection hifis.toolkit. You can find the netplan role here.

Would it be possible for you to reintroduce your changes there? We would be very grateful for this and consider your PR without any further delay.
