Add auto-generated CHANGELOG based on HISTORY since v1.0.0 #75

File CHANGELOG.md needs to be auto-generated. Auto-generate one with tool github_changelog_generator based on file HISTORY.md since tag v1.0.0: https://github.com/github-changelog-generator/github-changelog-generator github_changelog_generator -u hifis-net -p ansible-role-redis --since-tag=v1.0.0 --release-branch=main --base=HISTORY.md
Add file HISTORY.md with old custom changelog.
Add license files for CHANGELOG.md and HISTORY.md.

That's a good hint. Thanks, Norman @Normo. I added a configuration file for the changelog generator. Is there anything else to do?
