ares v120's Mega Drive emulation is vastly superior to higan's at the moment AFAIK. If Near's okay with it, maybe we could start porting some of those changes over to higan?

Maybe we can port the new Mega Drive VDP emulation from ares to make it perfect in Near-san's stead...
