The list from #30 only includes the single sfc game that requires the barcode battler II; there are other games that have optional support. According to wikipedia, the barcode battler supporting games on super famicom are:
Barcode Battler Senki: Super Senshi Shutsugeki Seyo! Dragon Slayer II Hatayama Hatch no Pro Yakyuu News! Jitsumei Han Doraemon 2: Nobita's Great Adventure Toys Land J-League '94 Doraemon 3: Nobita and the Jewel of Time Lupin III: Densetsu no Hihō wo Oe! The Amazing Spider-Man: Lethal Foes J-League '95 Donald Duck no Mahō no Bōshi Alice no Paint Adventure
as well as one famicom game:
Barcode World
While it seems fairly obvious that Barcode Battler Senki and Barcode World support it, the rest should probably be double checked. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find manual scans of any of the games. Additionally, this link provides some useful info https://forum.digitpress.com/forum/showthread.php?173277-Super-Famicom-Barcode-Battler-II-Interfacing
Currently, bsnes does not support the Barcode Battler II, a device that plugged into the controller port and scanned barcode data for use with games that supported it.
no$ has some documentation on it, but it is incomplete and somebody would probably need to spend some time with an actual device and an oscilloscope, or write some test ROMs, to figure out how it actually works.
