Can't add papers to the list of references used.

Describe the bug When I edit the related work section, I often want to add a new reference which was not originally provided, but there's no convenient way to do that at the moment.

[Required] Where did you encounter the bug [ ] While creating your account (first time user) [ ] While logging in to your account [ ] While applying changes to the settings (e.g., # of papers) [ ] While typing the query [ ] While Idea Factory was thinking or generating text [x] After Idea Factory was done generating text

[Required] Reality vs. Expectation Reality: No way to add new references in the "Used References" section. Expectation: User should be able to add references.

For engineering: Let's use the same design of "Edit reference" when the user clicks on "Add reference".

Next step is for bridger todefine an engineering task to implement this.
