I could get down with living clojure

maxmechanic commented 9 years ago

What might be cool is alternating between language/framework and more general ideas. So maybe Living Clojure, then one of the two @caryc has suggested.

:+1: sounds great. Maybe later we could try this or something like it

Purely Functional Data Structures could also be fun

aaylward commented 9 years ago

There's also this lovely free internet book about Haskell

aaylward commented 9 years ago

AI Algorithms, Data Structures, and Idioms in Prolog, Lisp, and Java also looks really awesome. It's broken up into sections (one per language), and I'd be down for the Lisp section once we're all experts in clojure :)

So for books should we have a new Issue here, or a repo with issues for discussion?

aaylward commented 9 years ago

issue per book? or repo per book and issue per chapter?

maxmechanic commented 9 years ago

repo/book + issue/chapter seems reasonable. @caryc?

caryc commented 9 years ago

Sounds good, repo pre book, issue per chapter.
